Tonight

We'll be doing workout A as in Awesome. It'll be A#2, so it'll be light and fast (15-35%BW). If you're feeling run down, under rested or beat up then go light and fast. If you're feeling strong, rested or energized go strong and use 30-50%BW.




If you're training with us, please remember:

  • complete symptom survey prior to 6pm.

  • wear your mask (new guidance from the state comes 5/29)

  • wash your hands before and after

  • get temperature check upon arrival

  • bring your equipment

  • come ready to have an awesome experience

  • and get a little better!

  • enter through the left and leave through the right.

p.s. what'd you do for cardio minutes last week (we did 22min / workout)?




p.p.s. The Alves love Newton so much, (2) more cousins are opening up in Newton Center starting next week. Watch Susan and Jessica on Boston 25, check out there website and go visit them in Piccadilly Square, 1280 Centre Street, Newton Center. Tell them I sent you.


And if you want to get really personal ask them if our dads (father in law for Jessica) really were born in stone homes in rural Portugal with no running water or electricity and if we're making it in America as 1st generation kids.
