We'll be doing workout B for Bananas!

We can only have 6 people based on state guidelines right now (25%).

There are 5 members who committed to each week: Paula, Liz, Emily S, Lucy and Amita.

There is 1 floating spot and the first person to text to request it on Tuesdays gets it.

Bonus Open Spot

Paula P has offered up her time slot tonight because she has an appointment that will cause her to arrive late. If you want it, text now and then fill out the symptom survey below.



If you're training with us, please remember:

  • complete symptom survey prior to 6pm.

  • bring your mask

  • wash your hands before and after

  • get temperature check upon arrival

  • bring your equipment

  • come ready to have an awesome experience

  • and get a little better!
