Happy (and Humid), Record Week, Tuesday to you!




Tonight

We'll be doing workout B as in Bananas. On paper it's B#, which means it's light and fast. If you're tired, underrated and/or beat up, go light and fast. If you're rested, energized and feeling strong, go strong. And if you're feeling strong give it your all on the "+'s".




Covid Updates:

  • our regular Tuesday night group are all fully vaccinated and 2 weeks post vaccination.

  • members are currently mask free

  • I'll be wearing a mask again as I'm staying with my dad who's going through chemo

  • if you're not vaccinated, you're encouraged to wear your mask

  • we'll wait to use the toys until we no longer have to wipe them after use

  • wash your hands before and after

  • bring your equipment

  • come ready to have an awesome experience

  • and get a little better!

  • enter through the left and leave through the right.
