Tonight We'll be doing workout B as in Bananas. It'll be B#1, so it'll be strong (DB Load is 30-50% BW), so choose weights 2.5-5lbs heavier/hand and higher skill levels and feel like you can do 1, maybe 2 more reps if it's your 1st B workout and if you feel rested, energized and strong. If it's your 2nd B workout and/or you're feeling underrated, tired and beat up, go light and fast (15-35%BW and/or feel like you could do 3 or more reps).
Covid Updates: our regular Tuesday night group are all fully vaccinated and 2 weeks post vaccination. members are currently mask free I'll be wearing a mask again as I'm staying with my dad who's going through chemo if you're not vaccinated, you're encouraged to wear your mask we'll wait to use the toys until we no longer have to wipe them after use wash your hands before and after bring your equipment come ready to have an awesome experience and get a little better! enter through the left and leave through the right.
