Tonight We'll be doing workout B as in Bananas. It'll be B#4, so it'll be light and fast (15-35%BW and/or feel like you could do 3 or more reps). If you're feeling run down, under rested or beat up then go light and fast. If you're feeling strong, rested or energized go strong and use 25-45%BW and/or feel like you can do only, 1 maybe 2 more reps.
Covid Updates: our regular Tuesday night group are all fully vaccinated and 2 weeks post vaccination. we'll all be mask free tonight if you're not vaccinated, you're encouraged to wear your mask we'll wait to use the toys until we no longer have to wipe them after use wash your hands before and after bring your equipment come ready to have an awesome experience and get a little better! enter through the left and leave through the right.
