Tonight

We'll be doing workout B as in Bananas. It'll be B#4, so it'll be light and fast (15-35%BW). If you're feeling run down, under rested or beat up then go light and fast. If you're feeling strong, rested or energized go strong and use 30-50%BW.




Covid Updates:

  • our regular Tuesday night group are all fully vaccinated and 2 weeks post vaccination.

  • we'll all be mask free tonight

  • if you're not vaccinated, you're encouraged to wear your mask

  • I'm not sure yet what I'm going to do about wiping and the toys

  • wash your hands before and after

  • bring your equipment

  • come ready to have an awesome experience

  • and get a little better!

  • enter through the left and leave through the right.
