Tonight We'll be doing workout B#2 as in B for Bananas. On paper it's light and fast. If you're tired, under rested and/or beat up, go light and fast (15-35% BW). If you're rested, energized and feeling strong, go strong (25-45% BW). And if you're feeling strong give it your all on the "+'s" and do as many reps as possible.
Covid Updates: our regular Tuesday night group are all fully vaccinated and 2 weeks post vaccination. we are all masked per Newton's mask mandate wash your hands before and after bring your equipment come ready to have an awesome experience and get a little better! enter through the left and leave through the right.
