It's happening. I got shooed away today at tennis drop off. I think the exact words were, "you can go now". That was a little heartbreaking seeing as I had my racket and a bag of balls, so I was ready to play, help, something. Nope! "Why are you still here?", is what my soon to be 7 y/o said to me. Sigh...
On another note.
Reminder: 6:15-7:15pm, Tonight, Thursday, 7/22 @ Mackenzie Center Tonight is the make up for the in person class I rescheduled to virtual last Tuesday because I had a cold.
We'll be doing workout A as in Awesome. It'll be A#5, so it'll be a strong night (25-45%BW and/or feel like you could do only 1 more rep, maybe 2). If you're feeling strong, rested or energized go strong. If you're feeling run down, under rested or beat up then go light and fast (15-35% BW, easier skill levels, feel like you could do 3 or more reps on top of what's suggested).
Covid Updates: our regular Tuesday night group are all fully vaccinated and 2 weeks post vaccination. we'll all be mask free tonight if you're not vaccinated, you're encouraged to wear your mask we'll wait to use the toys until we no longer have to wipe them after use wash your hands before and after bring your equipment come ready to have an awesome experience and get a little better! enter through the left and leave through the right.
If not tonight, hope to see you tomorrow over zoom.
