It's been a while since I wrote, so I hope this reaches you finding your rhythm and managing this new world.  I've got a lot to say, so I'll keep things brief.

Zoom
NPR published an article on Zoom and security issues, so I've changed our zoom url's and created new pass codes.  

We'll use the regular zoom login for now.

April Break

Saturday Stretch, Sprint & Happy Hour (Shakes & Snacks)
I've been thinking about how people in general are quarantined at home and possibly sitting more and getting less exercise and I was wondering how I could help.



Stretching & Cardio were the (2) areas I thought I could easily add to our existing schedule and help people with.



Would you be interested in a Saturday morning Stretch & Sprint?
8am Virtual Stretch.  
9am Sprint on Own w/ Plan
10am Happy Hour
