Saturday Stretch, Sprint & Happy Hour (Shakes & Snacks) I've been thinking about how people in general are quarantined at home and possibly sitting more and getting less exercise and I was wondering how I could help.
Stretching & Cardio were the (2) areas I thought I could easily add to our existing schedule and help people with.
Would you be interested in a Saturday morning Stretch & Sprint? 8am Virtual Stretch. 9am Sprint on Own w/ Plan 10am Happy Hour
