Hi Friend,
Phase 6 is into its 2nd week now. We just learned workouts A, B, C & D. Since this phase is 6 weeks long (if you include the 3 week summer break), I decided 4 routines would be best to keep you challenged and split the program into 2 body weight workouts and 2 external resistance workouts. Now you’ll have more tools to be successful if you find yourself without equipment.
Since we’re actively learning your 6 week program, you’re rocking your cardio minutes the last piece of your “plan” is nutrition. If you’ve already been to the Nutrition Discussion and Grocery Shopping Tour and are practicing what you’ve learned daily, then this may not pertain to you. If you’ve never been or are in need of a refresher, then rsvp to reserve your spot. The information is below:
