Monday is the start of CYBBC's year 12 (yes, 11 years complete. Wow!). It'll be Q1, P1.
Tomorrow is the year beginning private measurements. You've probably already begun thinking about and/or taking action on your self care. Good for you. I read and hear about many people knocking New Year's Resolutions and that makes me sad. It makes me sad because they're criticizing good efforts of people trying to make a change. Sure there are good points being made by the critics, but if someone is motivated to do something, by all means piggy back on it and help them fill in any holes in they're plan and definitely help them get through the forth coming challenges.
Speaking of challenges. I was wondering if you'd like to do a 6-month challenge, Sunday, Jan 5, 2020 to Sat, Jun 27, 2020. My buddy Ben and some other colleagues did a 100 workout challenge from 7/1 to 12/31, so maybe something similar, adjusted for our program or keep the 100 workouts and collectively define what counts as a workout.
