Tomorrow is the Annual Alves Family Thanksgiving Workout and it'll be the 2nd Annual Alves Family Workout at the Boys & Girls Club. Because #'s can magnify experiences and the Alves certainly love numbers and having a great time, we'd love for you to join us.

My cousins don't have any equipment and I don't have enough to share with them, so it'll be an equipment free workout, except for the toys that'll I'll bring, like hurdles, ladders, TRX's, cones,...
If you want to roll with me (who wouldn't want to roll w/ me, I'm cool) or do some personal stretching, corrective exercises, or any other mat based activities, please bring your mats & rollers and plan to start at 8:30am. Otherwise, we start sharply at 8:45am.
This is a free workout. It's informal. I'll be demonstrating and explaining what we'll do and then I'll be training with you. No polo shirts for me and maybe not even black pants, but then again, I might not own any other color, so... :-)
The workout will be ~90minutes of actual training and ~30 minutes of buffer. It'll be a total body, multi-joint strength & conditioning workout in multiple planes training multiple aspects of athleticism like the usual including warm up, correctives, movement prep, elasticity, speed, agility, quickness, power, core, strength, metabolic conditioning, stretching, maybe even some relays and games. Since there will be no mats, their won't be any mat based activities, though there probably will be a lot of push up, crawling, burpee, animal type moves. It should be fun and my cousins are real fun, so it should be a real special workout and start to your holiday.
