Tomorrow is Weekend Workout #3 of 2024. We're aiming for 13 this year. Woot, woot! It'll be a stretch and sprint!

Weekend Workout #3 of 13: Stretch & Sprint

7:30-8:30am, Sun, March 3, 2024 @ Mackenzie Center

It starts on time, so if you want to your extras in or at a minimum the full, foam rolling routine, be early!




Please bring:

  • roller

  • mat

  • superband

  • mini band

  • hand towel (for sweat)

  • water bottle (for hydration)

  • heart rate monitor (optional)



Breakfast / Brunch

If you don't have to be anywhere right away, keep the good times going. Ask if anyone wants to grab a beverage and/or a meal.
