The end of our quarter is fast approaching. Time to track our progress. We're also nearing the calendar half way mark, so I recommend everyone getting data stamps during 1 of the next 3 months at a minimum, then again in September / October and year end.

Custom Corrective Cardio (C3) Tomorrow is a good day to get screened, if you've been thinking about a custom corrective cardio plan to practice over the summer and to work on any asymmetries you may have. Next week is also a good week to learn it as there are no BC classes on Wed or Fri.
