I hope you've enjoyed this phase and 6 weeks straight, start to our year.  Next week is empowerment week.  You can choose cardio only, cardio + reduced strength or cardio and full strength workouts.  I recommend you complete your regular number of strength workouts either from the workout card or challenge workouts, hit your cardio goal and practice your nutrition habit  / plan.

When you make excuses to skip measurements, you're most likely going to succumb to the weight gain creep at the end of the year.  "It's so easy to manage my weight", said no busy adult, with responsibilities, ever!  If you're in town, find a way to be here.  It's a good habit to eat more thoughtfully the 48 hours prior to PM's AND kick a** weigh ins and extra fun to celebrate afterwards.  The stats are data.  Not an attack on you personally.
