Nutrition Discussion & Grocery Shopping Tour (ND+GST)

Nutrition is a part of life.  Everyone's gotta eat, so why not set up your nutrition habits to help you live a life of PR's.  You'll have better health, which means you'll feel good.  You'll look good, which means you'll think you're hot and other people will think you're hot too!  And you'll perform better, not just at work where you make the bacon, but in life and in training.  Plus, the ultimate bonus is you'll learn how to recover from stress (training, life, over-indulgence, injury), which will help get you back on the fast track of awesomeness.
