Great and cool day to you! This morning, Vivi and I walked Vanessa to the train and continued on to the beach. While walking the Harbor Walk, I saw an adult in the playground exercising with super bands and I wanted to run the baby jogger over and ask if I could join in. A las, I held back, and gave him his privacy as it looked like he was working some rehab exercises.
In any event, the bunny and pony are doing a lot of indoor chores over here before making our way to outside chores and errands. Yesterday was a big leans, greens and beans day and that unique combo was working its magic all day long. I'll continue that today and tomorrow because I like it, it makes me feel good and it works and because Saturday are measurements, so I'd like to peak as best I can for them. If you're planning to measure, remember that combination is super effective for stabilizing blood sugar and helping you to make both quick and long term changes.
