Weekend Workout - Stretch & Sprint!

7:30-8:30am, Sun, 1/28 @ MC

This is our first sprint of the year, so we'll do down & backs x 4 lengths to go easy on the decelerating.


Please bring:

  • roller

  • mat

  • super band

  • mini band

  • hand towel for sweat

  • water bottle

  • heart rate monitor if you have it

  • ***change of footwear***


People love the stretch & sprint workouts. The stretch makes your body feel great and is smartly dosed for those that don't like stretching and the sprint is also user friendly in that you go at your own pace, rest until your ready to run again and it's capped at 20min, which could be anywhere from 5-12 sprints.

p.s. obviously if you're out of state you're not going to make it, if you're recovering from an injury you're not going to make it and if you already told me of your conflict (church, not "that" early of a morning person), then I already know, however, I've included you so you could be a part of the communications and maybe plant the seed so that one day maybe you can join us.
