And that's a wrap! We did it. 4 phases over 4 months. It wasn't always pretty, but we did it.
Phase 11 It starts, Monday with a regular schedule (our next day off is Columbus Day). Please bring DB Loads of 25-45% body weight. If you prefer to use a different load, go for it.
Q3 Feedback I've been doing informal, in class polling to learn what went well, what didn't and what could be better or another way to say it was, what did you love, dislike and could be better.
