Happy Valentine's Day to you!
How are you feeling today?
Phase 2 is in the books. You get a week to choose what's best for your body and mind, and then we come back for the 4 week, peaking phase of the quarter. If you're like me you may have begun to feel the accumulated fatigue of the full workout. It's both awesome to accomplish so much in such little time and it takes a little longer to recover. This is normal and part of getting stronger and better. You have to take steps forward and then take small steps backwards to recover so you can go further forward the next time. This is the same in life as it is in developing strength, stamina, work capacity, durability, performance or updating your body composition and health.
Private Measurements - P3 6:50-9:00am, Sat, Feb 15 @ MC Tonight I've got a planned family night with friends and we're going to celebrate Valentine's Day with a pizza party. It's not ideal timing, but it is what it is. I'm not going to pass on participating because of measurements and I'm not going to skip measurements because I participated. I'll track it, see the data and move forward. I know what to do and I do what I know. Just like you. You know what to do AND you do what you know. Of course I'd rather see awesome results from my efforts this phase as I'm 9 for 9 over here (so far), but I'll have to save it for P4's Private Measurements' on Sat, March 21.
So if you're in town, why not get up, get measured and get your Saturday workout in to prime your day and set yourself up for a best case weekend.
