I feel amazing. Vivi slept like a bazillion hours straight last night and I feel like an energized new person, so I'm taking action and being proactive before she wakes from her nap.

They're the latest change making stars and Stephanie not only hit her goal, made a new goal, hit that goal too, (Christine has too!), practiced sustaining it, but she also just completed her strategy session for her next progression. Vivi Bea's 1st Birthday! Nell K' said being a parent is awesome and she's totally right! Pete K, said, "we'll have a reason to laugh everyday, once we have a child" and he totally nailed it. We love this little baby, 'er toddler, and I'm grateful for hip mobility, so I can deep squat for pictures like this.
