I like to use kick a** weigh ins and private measurements as useful incentives to do even better and finish my week strong before I take my splurge meals on the weekends.  July has been a tough month for me, so I'm glad to have the accountability of the measurements coming to refocus me and if I hit my goals, YES!, and if I don't I'll know why.  I recommend you doing the same.  It's a show up, get measured & go home appointment.  It gets you out of the house and helps you to jump start your day with a super low commitment.  Plus you can see where you stand and make adjustments.
