p.p.s. every 4 weeks you have an opportunity to be held accountable to your actions and to track your progress. These are mini check ins similar to an annual physical. It's a great habit and reminder to help ensure your success. It's also a choice. You can choose to see how you're doing and make sure you're on track or you can choose not to and hope that you are.
