We're 28 days until the 4th of July.
Next week is an unloading week / teaching week as we introduce the new programming for the 3rd quarter. This is a great opportunity for you to experience super compensation, recover, decrease stress and allow body changes to happen faster while we decrease the volume of training.
Sometimes your body holds and won't let change happen until stress is reduced. If you've maximized your attendance and effort these last 2 weeks and your body is feeling like you've put in the work, the next 2 weeks could work out real good for you. Keeping practicing all your daily habits (sleep, meals, exercise and nutrition) and let's help present your best self to independence day.
