Subject: RSVP Now for P6, Measurements & Nutrition!

Beautiful day to you, Friend!
How's your training going?  Yesterday's workout had me on a high all day long and I loved it and I hope you felt the same.  You know how things go full circle.  I read an article from a mentor a couple weeks ago how most everyone who becomes a coach, starts off as a body builder, then gets into power lifting, maybe then olympic lifting, gets injured and progresses to functional training.  Lucky for me and hopefully you as well, I skipped the injury stage and naturally progressed to functional training as the industry progressed that way.
Then while functional training was growing more popular, metabolic training became the thing.  Weight loss, metabolic circuits, interval training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), density circuits w/ AMRAP (as many reps as possible) and AMSAP (as many sets as possible), timed sets and now for me at least I think after 9 years of it, I've gotten a pretty good handle on most of it and now I'm circling back through and doing all of the above with extra emphasis on body building is where my thoughts are considering next.  It compliments the business name, Change Your Body Boot Camps.  It helps everyone look better with and with out clothes and my foundation would still be to reduce injury risk first, enhance performance 2nd and finish with show muscles.  It's still tricky to piece it all together b/c we only have so much time in a workout and I can only teach you so much, but you learn so fast that I think we can emphasize it more as the phases and years go.  So while you're training hard and eating slowly, remember a goal of the quarter is muscle definition and muscle definition are show muscles.
Do you feel like your body is transforming?  Let me know (LMK).
