Great day to you, Friend!

How are you feeling so far this week?  I hope you're feeling awesome, because awesome feels great.  Yesterday I got another strength workout in (W-B for me) and I progressed to the point where I could really challenge myself with "intentions", which means I could squeeze the muscles I was training on both the up & downs of each rep.  It was exhausting.  I used to do this a lot when I was training for both go muscles and show muscles before I got into metabolic resistance training.  It's a nice way to get your muscles to "pop" more when you're training for beach season, which we are, because that's the theme of our quarter.  Speaking of making things pop, Saturday is private measurements and the nutrition discussion.  Time to peak again before our big final 6 week push to wrap up the quarter.  

P5, Private Measurements

If you're around, I recommend measuring.  It's a simple, show up, get measured and go about your day, way to make sure you're on track to where you want to be heading.  I personally love it.  It makes me be more thoughtful in the days leading up to it and if I'm not thoughtful it shows me what happens.  It's very useful and if you like stats, what's cooler than you're own personal stats.
