Happy Valentine's Day!
Last night, Vivi's school canceled the parent night and instead offered the parents a date night while watching the kids at school for a pajamas and pizza, kids night. That was pretty cool. We already had childcare arranged, so we took the offer and had an unexpected date night dinner of one of Vanessa's favorite foods, Indian (Amita and Karna, I could use some help knowing what to choose). #feelinglucky over here.

P3 Nutrition Discussion 1:30-2:45pm, Sat, Feb 16 @ MC You always need a place to come home to and you always need a foundation to come back to. You make the time to get better in the gym and if you want to get better faster and see results sooner, then having nutrition plan based around your goals, your schedule, your life and the foods you like is a must.
To me Valentines Day serves as a reminder to put love and goodness into the world (and stopping to smell the roses and maybe eat some chocolate, but not tonight or tomorrow, but definitely after measurements on Saturday).
