Subject: RSVP Now for P3, PM & ND!

Wow Friend!  You knew today was going to be amazing, and it delivered!   What a gorgeous day, especially if you got your workout in.  :-)  I did and I'm glad, especially b/c it was CW#4, the 7 course CW w/ the 300 Jumping Jack Finisher (4:40).  It was hard.  I overcame adversity, I channeled my inner "1 Take Denzel" Washington and I was on time to meet the V's.

I can't believe we're transitioning quarters.  Wow.  I hope you liked the fast team workouts, the weight loss emphasis and spring sports theme and you're feeling stronger in your core, your constitution and your outlook.  Let's keep having fun training and getting better together.
