Sure is good to have rain gear today to keep us dry, but we drove because I didn't want my laptop to get wet. Kinda sucks, because I didn't get my sprints in, which is a great way to jump start my day. Do you have suggestions on how to keep my backpack / laptop dry under the baby jogger stroller?

Custom Corrective Cardio (C3) When I'm coaching the team, I often see things that could really help you like tight spots, instability and/or not-ideal movement patterns. If you feel like there are some patterns you notice that we're not addressing, or recurring discomforts you'd like to address, sign up for 4 time slots at measurements and we'll do a Functional Movement Screen to assess your movement quality. I'll ask you some questions in person / over the phone or through email to fill in the blanks, and then I'll design you a custom corrective cardio program that you could do 1-3x/wk for a total of 12 workouts. This could help correct the problems you feel and I see and you'll get cardio minutes for it. The rate is $399 for the movement screen, custom program design and private training.
