Time flies when you're having fun and our 4 phase, summer Q3 program is coming to an end. If you trained consistently with us all 4 phases, you should be peaking for fall sports, fall races and for holiday photo shoots.
Now its time to record another data stamp to track or progress and see where we're at regardless of if its good or bad.

P11 Nutrition Discussion (ND) 1:30-2:45p, Sat, Sept 22 @ MC It's amazing how much our nutrition plan has evolved in 10 years and how much it's remained the same. I think the biggest update I'll introduce this weekend is a greater emphasis on setting concrete meal times per what I've learned from Ellyn Satter. If you need to refocus, get a refresher or its time to progress, let's do it.
