Q3 Feedback

Well we finished another quarter. The longest and most full one ever in CYBBC history (another PR! Hoo-Rah!). What'd you think? Please reply to this email, any email, send a text, call me, a pigeon or tell me in person. I'd love to learn:


  • what worked?

  • what you liked?

  • what you didn't?

  • how you feel now vs. before?

  • what you want to add?

  • what you want to take out?

  • what you want to do more of?

Colorado Wedding

That kid in silver, stole the show and lit up the dance floor. Her enthusiasm, creativity and joy inspired people and made for an extra happy environment. Takeaway lesson: when possible, invite kids to weddings.

A Girls Wishes Come True

Vivi has been asking for a puppy and an iPad since she was 3. She's also written 7 persuasive essays. Here's #7





And Here's Our New Family Member

Please meet Novi Bean, born 07.18.24 (currently 10 weeks old). She's a Mini Golden Mountain Doodle. She's calm, cuddly, loving and smart so far. She could grow to 35-40 lbs. Her mom is 50 lbs. Her dad is 26 lbs.




Next Week

  • Q4's Phase 11 begins next week.

  • Q4 will be 12 weeks straight.

  • P11 is a 4 week phase.

  • The schedule will be:

    • 6:00am, M / W / F @ Virtual

    • 9:00am, M / W / F @ Virtual

    • 6:30pm, M / Th @ MC, no Tuesday night this week.

      • Vivi has curriculum night on Tuesday. There are no registered members for the 6:30pm, Virtual night, so I may not make it up. It has remained as a flexible courtesy for floaters and make ups.

  • Indigenous People's Day, M, 10/14 is the last Bereavement Make Up Day (Regular Schedule)

    • All Workouts @ Virtual

  • Guest Weeks: 9/30 and 10/7

  • The next Weekend Workout is, Sun, 10/20



Cardio Minutes - Week 4

a.m. 24 / 20 / 20 for 64 total minutes on M / W / F.

p.m. 24 / 27 / 27 for 78 total minutes on M / T / Th.




Wishing you a great weekend. Try to stay in bed for 10 hours tonight, Saturday or Sunday night. Then jumpstart your day with movement to break the inertia.
