Happy Sunday to you! Man if you didn't join us this morning for a #StretchandSprint you sure missed an awesome #WeekendWorkout, one for the senses and a chance to experience the guy recovering from an injury (me), beating everyone in attendance on the first sprint (some say or maybe all say, I started early, and they may be correct, but shouldn't the guy who's been skipping, running backwards and high knee running the sprints get a little bit of a head start).
In any event, I'm in the lab (at my desk), listening to the Pats game as I create the magic for the next quarter to help you peak for #HolidayHotness and be #WinterSportsReady!
