This week and next, the 6:30pm, training on Monday and Tuesday will be at the Mackenzie Center and Thursday will be virtual. The Montessori school next to the Mackenzie Center is hosting events in the gym on the following (2) Thursdays.




Phase 10 - week of 9/11 and 9/18

6:00am, M / W / F @ Virtual

9:00am, M / W / F @ Virtual

*6:30pm, M / T @ MC, Th @ Virtual




Cardio Minutes - Week 1

We did 24 and 21 minutes respectively on W / F online and we did 24min/workout T / Th.
