Subject: P9 Challenge Workouts!

Gorgeous day to you!

The Alves family is heading camping this weekend (fingers crossed), so I'll keep this brief.



Here's the challenge workouts.  Remember.  Finish your workout cards.  Watch the challenge workouts if you need visual support and record what you do on the workout cards.  Each time you fill out a column on your workout card you'll feel double great.  Once for the workout and once for filling another column.  When you finish a full workout card, bring it in, so I can recognize your efforts.

Happy training and see you Labor Day Monday for Phase 10.  If you want to jump start your week, get your make ups in, consider a double session that day.  It's going to be fast and super energizing.  Weights are lighter (15-35%) and it'll be a taper month.
