Wow!  We did it.  6 Weeks straight of training.  Three weeks for Phase 4, followed immediately by three weeks of Phase 5, with no empowerment week in between.  Pretty awesome and that's how I hope you feel, especially after today's Challenge Workout #1:  max sets in time available.  Now I have great news if you haven't worked out yet today.  Yesterday's 6:30pm workout at the MC was rescheduled to tonight b/c of church activities, so you can still get one more workout in especially with tomorrow being Private Measurements.

Would you like to have a FREE, recurring Bonus Saturday Workout per Phase?

The best way to help guarantee your success and leap frog forward in your health, body transformation and performance goals is to finish a workout card, EVERY phase.  When you do this by making all workouts and not missing any, you will need to reset your dreams b/c good things will happen at a very fast pace and you'll start checking them off one by one.  I'm speaking from experience personally and as a coach.  I've done it and seen it.  


When I survey members a common theme emerges.  Most everyone wants more workouts.  Well here's your chance to get more workouts AND achieve your goals faster and this is a test.  If it works, we'll continue doing it.  If not, we won't.

  • Finish your workout card by 11:59pm, Sun, June 12 and earn a FREE workout.
  • 6 Workouts per side and challenge workouts count.  
  • Record the results of all of your workouts on the cards (sleep, meals, exercise, greens, date, level, weight / band thickness, sets, reps, time, conditioning, etc...).  
  • Bring your card in for review by me during week 1 of p6.
  • Get invited to an early morning weekend workout.
  • If there's only 1 person who finishes, that person chooses the workout.
  • If there's more than 1 person.  I choose.  
  • If it's only 1 person they choose whether I train them or train with them.
  • If its more than 1 person, I'm working out with you.
  • If it's more than 1 person I may invite all members to join us ($30).
  • This is honor system.  Don't record workouts you didn't do.

There are 9 days left.  It's safe and possible to get 5 workouts (no more than 2 workouts back to back).
