I've gotta make this quick b/c I just received the bat signal, aka FaceTime video with bride telling me to come home now b/c she's sick and baby is crying in background, so when the momma is sick, the proverbial sh*t could hit the fan, so I'll be brief.
Cardio Minutes - Week 1 Time Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Total 6:00am 14 15 11 40 9:00am 15 15 11 41 6:30pm 16 16 16 48 *Dr. Thomas Halton, PhD and author of the Weight Loss Triad says to lose weight the formula is 50% nutrition, 30% cardio and 20% weights. You have your cardio goal and you have 6 weeks and 2 days until Beach Season. The weather will be gorgeous. Get out and crush some cardio. **Minutes are due Monday. Be proactive. Send them before I ask.
P3 Bonus Workout Lauren & Mike Coyne were the only people to finish 12, P3 workouts and present their completed cards. Julie L and Melissa M were close with 12 workouts completed but only 11 were P3, CYBBC workouts. Lauren & Mike have earned a bonus workout and since they're a couple it'll be a private workout that they choose.
P4 Bonus Workout Sat, May 21 from 7-8am @ TBD Complete 10, P4 CYBBC Workouts (5, workout A's and 5, workout B's) by 11:59pm, Sunday, May 15 and present your workout card during the 1st week of P5. This means you'll most likely have to do 1 workout at home, so plan accordingly to bring your workout card home.
That's it. Off to pick up Vivi and hit the grocery store for some soup and play nurse. Should I be a naughty nurse (wink)?
