Happy Tuesday to you! Did you have a long weekend? If yes, how did it go? We got snowed in at my mom's house while visiting for my godson's birthday. It felt good to be home. :-)

Empowerment week!

If you train strength at least 1x, you stay with regular cardio minutes. If you do no strength it's 360min for females and 250min for males. So try to get 1 strength workout in.

Here's the Empowerment Week Plan w/ our All Time Favorite Workouts Listed. Maybe use one of these as a reward for hitting your workouts goal for the week or as a substitute to do something fun.




Consider alternating Strength workouts w/ Stretch & Cardio workouts.




Example:

M - Strength

T - Stretch & Cardio

W - Strength

Th - Stretch & Cardio

F - Strength

Sa - Bonus (Stretch & Cardio or All American Workout or Core Workout, ...)

Su - Rest Day

If you're feeling beat up, use the stretch workout videos, the stretch pdfs (45min stretch only and/or stretch & sprint), your custom corrective cardio routine, take a yoga class, get a massage and/or get physical therapy treatment.
