Now I’m really concerned – did I upset you in some way?
Over the past two of weeks I’ve emailed you a couple of times
inviting you to take advantage of a special offer to come back
to train for just $49, but I haven’t heard back from you.
I do my best to be as attentive as possible to the needs of
clients and I hate to think that I did something to upset you.
Maybe I’m overly sensitive and you’ve just been busy and not
had time to get back to me.
But it’s very important to me to make sure that every person
that has been a client here has had a positive experience, so
I want to know that you’re doing well and reaching your fitness
goals.
I’d really appreciate it if you could send me a quick email or
give me a call and let me know if there is anything I’ve done
that didn’t provide you with the type of experience you wanted
or if there’s anything I can do to help you reach your goals.
I realize you’re busy, but a quick email would mean a lot. And
remember, I’d love to work with you again and you’re welcome
to take advantage of that special offer of your first month back
for $49.

you jump start your progress.
