Subject: No workouts Tuesday, 8/13 and Wednesday, 8/14 due to Covid.

Hi Friend.




I can't believe it's Tuesday. I feel like I slept the days away Sunday and Monday and here we are into the 2nd day of a new week. I woke up this morning feeling more normal and did most of my normal routine and decided to go for walk. The walk was fine, but when I got home I was wiped out.




No Live Workouts, T, 8/13 and W, 8/14

I feel weak, dizzy and have a lot of shortness of breath. That's probably my biggest concern right now. The shortness of breath. Standing is more tiring than moving, but moving makes me feel lightheaded. I had a much lower appetite the last 2 days, but thankfully that's coming back (I ate a tomato for lunch yesterday). I'm concerned about the commute tonight and the effort required to deliver a proper service, so I'm going to cancel. I'm going to cancel tomorrow (Wednesday) because I haven't proven to myself that I can work (this email has me pausing every few sentences to rest), so it just feels smart.




Sorry for the drama and the last minute cancellations. I'll make it up when I recover.

If you train tonight, Tuesday, train workout B. If you train tomorrow, Wednesday, train workout A.


If it's your 2nd B or A workout, go light and fast. If you did light & fast last week, then go strong.




Cardio Minutes - Week 1

Minutes were due Monday. Did you reply? My inbox and text messages might be telling me that you haven't (wink).
