Happy Sunday to you! I felt kind of wiped out yesterday and woke up feeling worse. I tested positive for Covid this morning and canceled the stretch & sprint. I've mostly slept all day.
I'm going to cancel tomorrow, Monday, Aug 12's workouts and I'll see what the current Covid rules are and how I'm feeling before deciding for Tuesday night.

If you train tomorrow morning, train workout B. If you train tomorrow night, train workout A.
If it's your 2nd B or A workout, go light and fast. If you did light & fast last week, then go strong.
Cardio Minutes - Week 1 Minutes are due Monday. We did: a.m. 18 / 21 / 18 = 57 p.m. 18 / 22 / 22 = 62
