Happy St. Patrick's Day Eve!
I hope you're excited to wear green tomorrow and this weekend, rooting for the green (Celtics vs. Oklahoma City Thunder tonight) and sending out esp messages to free agent, Kevin Durant (superstar player for OKC) to sign with Boston this summer. I'm not Irish, but my V's are and I love to wear green and I used to co-host the Saturday party of St. Patrick's Day weekend when I lived in Southie for 5 years. It was everything you'd imagine it would be when you're single, living in an awesome city with your friends and hosting a themed party the night before a parade. I think I needed to burn & earn for a week after that day and I don't think I've ever seen the parade even though I've lived in Boston for 15+ years now. I was too hungover the day after my parties and not interested when I moved to Dot, but maybe we'll take Vivi to hear the bag pipes and see all the Shenanigans going on.
