Tomorrow is the start of phase 3. That means new workout cards. Please take a look at the nutrition habits above and also ask yourself what you need to work on so far as nutrition is concerned to improve your health, body composition and performance.
Once your answer surfaces, ask yourself if you can do that every day at 1 meal per day, at 2 meals, 3 meals or all meals.
Then, ask yourself how confident you are on a 1-10 scale with 1 being zero confidence and 10 being supreme confidence. If your answer is 9 or 10, write in your journal, day planner, calendar and put it on a piece of paper (with your cardio minutes and challenge workout #'s) and bring it to training tomorrow.
Big phase coming up. Last phase of the quarter. These are always the best. It's time for you to shine and peak for your spring.
