Hi Friend!


Beautiful day to you!  I'm writing this as the birds are waking up and chirping on daddy daughter day, which means my Queen is probably getting ready for work and my little walking wordsmith climber is probably getting ready to wake as well. We've got a big day hopefully celebrating Auntie's 30th birthday, climbing up slides, seeing how fast we can get into car seats and seeing who needs a nap more.  Hopefully my conditioning and stamina pass the toddler test and I outwork her (smile).



No 6:30pm, Thurs Boot Camp
The Mackenzie Center has a church function tonight, so there's no boot camp.  It's rescheduled to 6:30pm, tomorrow, Friday, June 3 @ MC.

I highly recommend everyone get bi-annual PM's, regardless of goals.
Weight loss goals I recommend every phase that works for your schedule.
Performance goals at a minimum of quarterly, but possibly every phase depending on what performance goal you have.
