We are 5 weeks into our 10 weeks straight stretch of training and we've got 2 weeks left of our Phase 6 / 2nd Quarter. Rock & Roll!




Memorial Day Weekend: No Classes

We are off Friday, 5/27 and Monday, 5/30. We return on Tues, 5/31.

I wish you a great weekend of doing whatever you want to do and hopefully you'll earmark some time to rest so you jump out of bed energized for Tuesday.

  • take a break

  • or do a light & fast workout

  • or do the full warm up and 1 set of everything at light & fast effort

  • or do the full warm up only

Cardio Minutes - Week 2

We did 23min / workout. If you did 2x, you get 46 and if you do 3x, you get 69. Minutes are still due Monday.




My Pepe, my mom's dad, will be riding in a convertible at the Ludlow, Memorial Day parade as a Korean War Veteran. He feels real proud and his kids are all going to watch. If you have family members who have served our country, thank you for their service.
