You'll be doing Workout A's Team Challenge that should send you home feeling energized, solid and strong and help you peak for your Friday, private measurements and your weekend. It will also (assuming you've been attending CYBBC workouts and will be completing your empowerment week challenge workouts) help you build momentum for your upcoming Q2 testing day of personal records.

Successful people and unsuccessful people are very similar in that they do the same things over and over again. Why not automate your nutrition plan, menu's, grocery shopping and meal prepping based on your health, body transformation and performance goals and then make adjustments over time as you change and current research changes. Why not plan to win, then do the same things over and over again.

Heads Up#1 Friday, I'll be attending a funeral so Marisa will be coaching the 6am and 9am Team Challenges.
Heads Up#2 You may have already seen the rough draft version of the "2014 Year of Change" Video recap Helen is working on and we're going to make a "2015 Year of ..." Video recap as well. Helen will be taking photos and video at the 6:30p,Th and the 9:00a, F CW's and Krista K will be filming the 6:00a, F CW. The challenge workouts are really dynamic, visual and fun and it's cool to see yourself moving well and with confidence and to track your progress athletically and aesthetically over the course of a year and after this year, multiple years.
