Hi Friend,
Lucky us! It snowed overnight. It was warm when we woke. It's been melting all day; and the day has been gorgeous. Time to put the shovels and snowblowers away, take out the lawn furniture and schedule the spring cleaning. Thank you for a mild winter mother nature, but we're not going back. Bring on short sleeves, flowers, windows open and outdoor workouts.
And now that spring is here it's time for a new quarter of awesomeness including the anniversary of the workout card, preparation for beach season (yeah boy!!!) and performance testing. Your last chance dance is tonight. Last chance to smash January's testing performance which came after a 3 week break. Be there. You'll be glad you did. It's fast & fun. Tell yourself always the reasons you can and should and then show up and do your best. Bring the kids if you're stuck for childcare. Do it! No excuses. Have a shake, bar, snack, meal, water or caffeine if you're tired, hungry or thirsty. Just be there. Winners are bold, accomplish bucket lists and conquer fears. So be bold. Be a winner. Get stuff done. Losers are timid, live with regrets and get the leftovers (though I love leftovers; no cooking and heating is optional - wink). Don't be timid. Don't live with regrets. Don't be a loser. Choose to win, even if you lose.
So I'll see you at 6:30pm unless your scared, out of state or aren't interested in prioritizing your self-care today. Strong words b/c I'm strong and I tested today. How about you?
