Subject: Last chance to RSVP for PM, C3's and NW!

Hi Friend,

And today was the last day of Q2 programming.  Woo.  What a finish.  2 weeks straight of record week.  That's pretty awesome.  I'd love to hear from you (or read), what the 2nd quarter was like and how your training experience is going?  Please reply and/or schedule a call so we can chat.

In the mean time.  Tomorrow is M&O and another opportunity to track your data and see where you are.

P7 Private Measurements
7-9am, Sat, Jun 8 @ MC
What gets measured gets managed!

P7 Custom Corrective Cardio (C3)
7-9am, Sat, Jan 8 @ MC
Most days per week, there's something I work on outside of my regular training routine.  It definitely falls under my self-care umbrella and I call it my RSBM (rolling, stretching, breathing and meditating).  It's when I make time to address whatever needs addressing.  Tight calves, sore back, tight shoulders, training aches, stress, etc...  I lay on the floor and/or hang out in doorways, off a step, in my home gym or at a wall and I work what needs to be worked.  Sometimes its as short as a minute.  Most times its 20-25min and the luxury days are when I can get lost in the routine or pair it with cardio.

If you have something you want to work on (sore foot, knees, back, shoulders; tight achilles, hamstrings, hips, t-spine or shoulders) or if you're tired of being at the same exercise level in class (wall slide / shoulder flexion, leg curls with your butt on the ground, lying hip abductions vs side plank hip abductions, Level 1 push ups, ...), maybe consider a custom routine you can do most everyday and especially the days something doesn't feel right.  Maybe consider a C3 (custom, corrective cardio), that way you can get cardio minutes and address whatever needs to be addressed.

P7 Nutrition Workshop
1:30-3:45p, Sat, Jan 8 @ MC
Obviously you know what to eat and you know how to eat because you're reading this.  If you want help getting refocused, that's why you sign up.  Last chance until June 28.

Can't believe how perfect the schedule worked out that we had 2 record weeks to finish the quarter and an unloading teaching week, starting right away on Monday.
