Do you like to stretch? Yesterday my parents visited and while we were chatting in the living room, I knelt on the ground and started to stretch. My dad asked if I still like to stretch and I said, "yeah. it makes me feel good". He said I used to go to baseball practice up to an hour early, so that I could stretch out before the team. I think an hour is a bit much, but 15minutes before everyone else seems about right. So today, inspired by that conversation, I stretched. 90min. My legs felt like jelly and I was tired, like after a good massage, but now I feel awesome. So, ... do you like to stretch?
Speaking of stretching. Tomorrow is the Harvard Stadium Run. We'll start at 7:30am, so be there around 7:15a if you're unfamiliar or want to roll first. We'll warm up under the bleachers and then walk up to section 37, and make our way to section 1, where we'll start. It's a very challenging workout, like hiking, but shorter and a little more intense. You can either walk or run the stairs or the bleachers. We'll stretch after everyone is done.
