I hope you're feeling awesome and enjoying the start of spring or maybe the return to winter. Either way, we're getting ready for Beach Season and Summer Sports by helping you to decrease body fat, improve muscle definition and have a whole lot more fun in your training with the return to station training and the introduction to a few new toys. My fingers were flowing fast and my Q2/Phase 4 Overview got long, so I turned it into a blog post.
Read it in one sitting or break it up. Either way it should be a very exciting read and get you excited to continue working on yourself this phase.
