I am writing to be transparent about your membership payments this week.
Monday, I processed your membership instead of on September 1st, because their were some technical issues on the end of the software company I use that prevented me from processing them sooner. These issues have been resolved to the point where membership can now be processed, however their was another glitch that became known to me today that all of my non-family, 12-month, 2x/wk members were billed $127.50 instead of $170, which is the membership you have.
I'm not sure why it happened and neither are they. They put in a ticket with their IT department to discover why it happened on their end, but either way it looks like it's been corrected for your October payment on the 1st of the month.
In the meantime you'll see an additional charge today in the amount of $42.50, which is the difference between $170 and $127.50. I love coaching, having a business and most especially getting to work with you, so I'm sorry I made a mistake and didn't catch this error on Monday before I pushed the button and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
